Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. They form an agreement between you and Design Mode Loft Limited, trading as Reunoa (“we”, “us”) and apply to your use of this website and to every order you place.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and, for subscriptions, the Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly sell to or collect information from anyone under 18.

4. Products and cosmetic status

Reunoa Daily Care Serum is a cosmetic skin-care product intended for external use only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition or other medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, speak with a licensed health professional before use. Test on a small area of skin before first use and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Individual results vary.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless your checkout shows a local currency. The price on the product page, in your cart and at checkout is the price you pay, plus any taxes shown at checkout.
  • Shipping is free to the United States, Canada and Australia.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination or a stock problem. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount.

7. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save is optional and is never selected for you. If you choose it, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription price shown at checkout every 30 days until you cancel. Full details, including how to cancel, are in the Subscription Terms.

8. Shipping, risk and returns

Delivery times and destinations are in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You may request a refund within 90 days of delivery under the Return & Refund Policy.

9. Product information and images

We try to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are error-free. Images on this site are AI-generated illustrations and may differ from the product you receive; the label and ingredient list on the bottle are the reference. The site does not currently publish customer reviews or testimonials.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users’ data; introduce malware; scrape or copy it at scale; place fraudulent orders; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

The Reunoa name, logo, product design, site design, text and images belong to Design Mode Loft Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any mandatory consumer rights you have. Subject to that, the site is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss; and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes or outages.

14. Changes to the site and these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes to subscription pricing will be notified to subscribers by email in advance.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and orders. They are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
