90-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product price within 90 days of delivery, including for opened bottles. Shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@reunoa-online.com within 90 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the email used at checkout.
  2. We reply within 1 to 2 business days to confirm your refund. You do not need to ship the product back unless we tell you otherwise.
  3. We issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

We do not require a reason, a receipt photo or a return of the bottle, and we do not charge restocking or processing fees.

Subscription orders

The 90-day guarantee applies to each subscription shipment, counted from that shipment’s delivery date. To stop future shipments, cancel as explained in Manage my subscription. If you were charged for a renewal and it has not shipped, contact us: we will cancel the subscription and refund that renewal in full.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at your choice, at our cost.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within the delivery window in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will trace it and then reship or refund it.

Cancelling before shipment

If you email us before your order ships, we will cancel it and refund it in full.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first. We resolve refund requests quickly and would rather fix a problem directly than have you go through a bank dispute.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under consumer law where you live.
