4. Who we share information with
- Service providers that process data for us: payment processing and checkout, order fulfillment and shipping carriers, email and customer-support tools, website hosting and security.

- Authorities and professional advisers where required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
- Business transfers: if we sell or reorganize our business, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
5. Advertising, AppLovin and cookies
We advertise using AppLovin’s advertising platform, including its Axon AI technology. Where you consent to advertising and measurement cookies, AppLovin’s pixel, cookies and similar technologies may collect information such as your IP address, device and cookie identifiers, and information about your visit and the actions you take on our site (for example viewing a product, adding to cart or purchasing). AppLovin uses it to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and show and improve ads, including interest-based advertising, as described in AppLovin’s own privacy policy. Sharing personal information with AppLovin for advertising may be a “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws, and you can opt out (section 6).
For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/.
You can change your choices at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details of the cookies we use.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
- Cookies and ads. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to accept, reject or customize analytics and advertising cookies. Rejecting advertising cookies opts you out of the sale/sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising by us.
- Opt-out signals. We treat a browser Global Privacy Control signal or a Do Not Track setting as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies and of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability. You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to legal exceptions (for example tax records we must keep).
- Objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent. Where processing is based on consent or legitimate interests, you may object, ask us to restrict it, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
- California and other U.S. states. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have the rights above, plus the right to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising rights. We have not sold personal information for money in the past 12 months. We have shared device and usage data with AppLovin for advertising where you consented.
- Hong Kong, EU/UK, Canada and Australia. We handle personal data in line with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If you are in the EU/UK, Canada or Australia you have the rights provided by the GDPR/UK GDPR, PIPEDA and provincial laws, or the Australian Privacy Principles, as applicable.
How to make a request. Email support@reunoa-online.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or write to the address above. We will verify your identity (for example by matching the email on your order) and respond within 30 days (45 days where U.S. law allows). An authorized agent may submit a request with your written permission. If we refuse a request you may appeal by replying to our response. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Hong Kong this is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).
7. Legal bases (EU/UK)
We rely on performance of a contract, legal obligation, our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, operating the store) and your consent (analytics and advertising cookies).
8. Retention
We keep order and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service and support, and for the periods required by tax and accounting law (generally 7 years). Support messages are kept for up to 3 years. Cookie-based data is kept for the period stated in the Cookie Policy. We then delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls and use of a PCI-compliant payment provider. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our providers, including AppLovin, may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Fraud screening by our payment provider may automatically decline a payment.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give notice of material changes on this page.
