Subscription Terms

What Subscribe & Save is
Subscribe & Save is an optional way to buy that takes 20% off the one-time price. It is never selected by default. You subscribe only if you tick the “Subscribe & Save” box on the product page and complete checkout. If you do not tick it, you make a single purchase and no subscription is created.
Price, billing and shipping
- Prices (for example $39.99 for 1 bottle, $55.99 for 2 bottles, $71.99 for 3 bottles) and the billing frequency are shown on the product page, in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
- You are charged the subscription price on the day you order. Your subscription then renews and a new shipment is sent every 30 days at the same price until you cancel. Shipping is free.
- You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for each renewal. We email you a receipt for each charge.
- If we change the subscription price or terms, we tell you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
- If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and will email you so you can update your payment method. We may cancel the subscription after repeated failures.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum commitment. Email support@reunoa-online.com from the address on your order (or use the Manage my subscription page). We confirm cancellations by email, normally within 1 business day, and a cancellation request received before a renewal is processed will stop that renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; shipments already paid for will still be delivered.
Refunds
Each subscription shipment is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us and we will refund it.
