Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes outside the United States or to other countries at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to these countries. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay, plus any taxes shown.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- United States: typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Canada and Australia: typically 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak periods, weather and customs can add time.
Tracking
We email tracking details once your order ships. You can also use Track my order with your order number and email. Subscription renewals ship on the same schedule.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If an address is wrong, contact us straight away; once an order has shipped we cannot always change it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders to Canada and Australia may be subject to import taxes or duties assessed by the destination country. Any amount collected at checkout is shown before you pay; if any other charge applies on delivery, it is set by customs or the carrier.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund. See the Return & Refund Policy.
